…is my favourite day of the year. I absolutely adore how a month prior to 14th February shops turn pink and red, hearts pop up everywhere and cute soft toys flood the shelves.
I’ve seen how valentines day turns into a measure of relationship success for many of my friends. It doesn’t have to be that way! Whether you have a significant other or not, valentines day can be a wonderful time of year. In Finland valentines day has been translated into friendship day. Friends give each other cards and chocolates, a time of year to celebrate your best friend. I don’t know about you, but my best friend is my Amelia!
Who could be a more captivating and cute date for valentines day if not your dog! They will never disappoint you, cancel plans or be late. Whats more having a date with your dog can let you be as pink, silly and happy as can be without the stress of a ‘real’ date!
Our Valentines Day Date
Amelia and I are having a valentines date at the Peggy Porschen bakery in Belgravia – the cutest bakery in the world! It’s already painted pink and now with added love balloons and flowers to mark the occasion. They adore dogs there so you are welcome to claim a table for just the two of you and enjoy some cake!
While we were looking at each other with adoring eyes we noticed how everyone else in the bakery found us or well.. Amelia so cute everyone wanted a photo! Such a wonderful feeling to have everyone adoring your dog as much as you do! Once we finished our cake and tea we went out to get some Valentines day presents!
